The playbook data records you create/import will be available to you when entering new game plays.
What values are required?
Only the 'Name' column is required when importing records. The data record will be skipped if it doesn't have a valid name OR if an existing playbook data record already exists in the database.
Can I upload multiple playbook data types at once?

selecting the correct playbook data type for each.
Is description required?
No. Description is not required in order to create a new playcall data record. You are welcome to leave it blank. However, it is recommended to add a description to help distinguish between similar records.
Can I replace the column headers?
No, you should not change the column header names or order. Simply paste your playcall data after the sample record.
